Learn how to make Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi is a delicious combination of mangoes and yogurt that is cool and soothing.  It is wonderful on hot summer days or as a compliment to spicy meals.  Mango Lassi is one our most popular non alcoholic drinks at Aroma.

Mango Lassi - Serves 10

Ingredients:
45 oz Mango Pulp (1 - 1/2 Can of Kesar Mango Pulp)
1/4 Cup Sugar (Use 1/2 Cup if you prefer it sweeter)
1/2 Gallon of Milk
1 Cup Yogurt
Dashes of Rose Water
Mint Sprig

Method:


  1. In a blender add All ingredients, except the mint and blend for 30 to 45 seconds
  2. Garnish with Mint Sprig
Enjoy!
